Taking the Next Step in Healthcare IT at HIMSS18
There’s never been a more critical time for healthcare organizations to implement the best infrastructure for supporting and securing cutting-edge, digitally-enabled tools and mobile applications. At HIMSS18, IT professionals will learn about the latest innovations occurring around the industry.
Why is HIMSS the Premier Event for Healthcare IT Professionals?
HIMSS has become one of the largest and most important healthcare conferences, because it’s the ideal place for healthcare IT professionals to converge and expand their knowledge of industry challenges, solutions, and innovations. This year the HIMSS organizers expect more than 45,000 healthcare IT professionals to be at the Las Vegas conference to learn about the latest technology and exchange best practices.
The benefits of attending HIMSS include:
- Receive the latest information on the challenging industry issues and advanced solutions
- View the latest technology, ground-breaking explorations, and disruptive thinking on the exhibit hall floor so you can keep your organization on the forefront of healthcare transformation
- Connect with experts from around the industry and collaborate on answers to your organization’s challenges.
At HIMSS, you’ll discover how to thrive during industry change and get a taste of what’s to come in health information and technology. Stop by the Extreme Networks booth #11654 and the Intelligent Health Pavilion to learn how Extreme solutions power the patient, mission, and life-critical technologies on your health organization’s network.
What is the Intelligent Health Pavilion?
The Intelligent Health Pavilion, or IHP, is an educational and interactive mock-hospital that showcases the latest revolutionary hardware and software solutions that are making the delivery of precision medicine possible. This is the 5th consecutive year Extreme Networks is powering the IHP with our network solutions!
By visiting the IHP, you’ll get a direct look into how mobile, wearable, and digital health technology comes together in hospital settings to provide superior patient care. Through simulated demonstrations at the pavilion, visitors can see how IoT-connected sensors, mobile devices, and data analytics are enabling caregivers to deliver real-time, precision medicine. On the backend, organizations must ensure that they have the proper wired and wireless networking infrastructure in place from the access points all the way to the data center to avoid bottlenecks and provide reliable 24/7 coverage.
In addition to our solutions in the IHP, Extreme executives and experts will be presenting in the IHP throughout the week. Here are the details:
